Here at LC Screeding Co we have over 20 years experience, all our staff are CSCS cardholders and are registered to lay the products of our suppliers and therefore pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a range of screeds to suit all floors, both commercial and domestic. We only use ordinary Portland cement cem1 42.5 N conforming to BS EN 197-1.
Almost all of our screeds can be used in schools, hospitals, barn conversions, self builds, and much more, from a large complex to a conservatory.
We always mix our screed on site unless specified. Site mixing is more cost-effective for the customer, so we only use the materials needed for the job in hand.
